Recent work for agencies

Your clients want more than websites. You shouldn’t need five vendors to deliver it.

Losing time managing different vendors?

One for WordPress. Another for Shopify. An SEO contractor. A designer. Every new request means another person to find, brief and chase.

Struggling to scale the agency?

Struggling to scale your agency?

Clients want more than just websites. They want to show up in AI search and Google, funnels and CRMs that capture leads, automations that save them time, and design that turns visitors into customers.

Paying vendors for work you end up redoing yourself?

Poor communication, missed deadlines, inconsistent quality, and no one owning the result. Different contractors mean different standards, and your clients notice the gaps, then start looking elsewhere.

Count on a team of specialists who work behind the scenes, under your agency’s brand.

Development and ongoing support you can count on.

  • Websites, landing pages and multi-page sites in Elementor, Bricks, Divi, Gutenberg or a custom theme, built from your agency’s design, a Figma file from our team or an existing site that needs a rebuild.
  • Developed by a team trained to use AI tools like Elementor AI, Novamira AI, WordPress MCP and Bricks MCP for repetitive build work, with every layout, template and line of custom code reviewed by a developer before it moves forward.
  • Tested before launch for responsiveness across desktop, tablet and mobile, cross-browser compatibility, forms, links and page speed, then launched with DNS, SSL, redirects, caching and basic on-page SEO configured.
  • New stores, theme customizations and redesigns of existing stores, plus migrations from WooCommerce or other platforms with products, customers, collections and URLs mapped to the new store.
  • Product pages, collections, navigation, filters and apps set up around your client’s catalog, with the theme customized to match the brand on every page, from the homepage to the cart.
  • Tested before launch for responsiveness on desktop and mobile, checkout flow, product variants, app compatibility and page speed, then launched with domain, payments, shipping, taxes and redirects configured.
  • Sites and landing pages built with Claude as part of the development process, using custom skills trained on your agency’s standards, your client’s brand guidelines and the page builder or theme the project requires.
  • Claude handles the repetitive build work, like page structure, sections, content placement, and code scaffolding, while our developers guide each step, adjust the output, and review every page before it moves forward.
  • Tested before delivery for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, code quality and page speed, with the same QA process used on every Work Hero build, regardless of how much of it was built with AI.
  • Technical and on-page SEO for your clients’ sites: site structure, meta data, schema, internal linking and page speed, so search engines can crawl and rank them properly.
  • GEO (generative engine optimization) to help your clients show up in AI answers from tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, through structured content and clear entity signals.
  • White-label reporting your agency can send to clients as its own, showing what was done each month and how rankings and visibility are moving.
  • Website and landing page designs in Figma, built around your client’s brand, goals and audience, ready for your review before anything goes to the client.
  • Design systems with components, styles and responsive layouts, so the handoff to development is clean and the final build matches the design.
  • Revisions based on your feedback and your client’s, plus designs prepared to build directly in Elementor, Bricks, a custom theme or Shopify by our team.
  • Funnels, websites, landing pages, forms, surveys and calendars built in GoHighLevel, from your agency’s design or ours, set up inside your client’s sub-account or delivered as a snapshot you can reuse across clients.
  • Workflows, automations, pipelines and email or SMS sequences configured around your client’s sales process, plus integrations with payment, booking and third-party tools through native connections, webhooks, Zapier or n8n.
  • Tested before launch for form submissions, automation triggers, pipeline stages, calendar bookings and mobile responsiveness, then launched with domain, tracking and notifications configured.
  • A dedicated team for the day-to-day requests on your clients’ WordPress and Shopify sites: content updates, new pages, layout changes, bug fixes and small feature additions, all handled through a single request queue.
  • Fully white-label, so your clients only ever see your agency. We work in the background while you stay in front of the client and keep the relationship.
  • Every request goes through QA before it’s marked done, so you’re not checking our work or fielding follow-up complaints from your clients.
  • Integrations between your clients’ sites and the tools they already use, like CRMs, payment gateways, booking systems, email marketing platforms and custom APIs, plus site migrations between hosts or from other platforms to WordPress or Shopify, starting with a full audit of the current setup, content and URLs.
  • Integrations built with native connectors, plugins, webhooks or custom code, depending on what each tool supports, and migrations handled with content, media, users, forms and URL structure mapped to the new site, with 301 redirects set up to preserve SEO.
  • Tested before go-live for data sync, form submissions, payment flows and broken links, then launched with DNS, SSL and redirects configured, followed by a post-launch check on indexing, tracking and integrations.
  • Daily checks on every site, with plugin, theme and core updates handled for you, so problems are caught before your clients notice them.
  • Security monitoring and attack prevention with Patchstack, connected through WP Umbrella, to protect sites against known vulnerabilities as they’re discovered.
  • Ongoing speed optimization, plus a white-label plan you can resell to your own clients as a recurring revenue line while we do the actual maintenance work.
  • A senior technical partner for the decisions your team isn’t sure about: which platform fits the project, how to structure a complex build, or whether to use a plugin or custom code.
  • Hosting and infrastructure recommendations for each client, from choosing the right host to setting up staging, backups and CDN, so sites run fast and stay stable as they grow.
  • Audits of existing sites covering speed, security, SEO and code quality, with a clear action plan your agency can present to the client as its own.

Meet the team behind your agency

Senior developers, designers, and SEO specialists across South America and Asia, working on US hours. Your clients see your agency. We’re the team behind it.

FAQ

Work Hero is a white-label team built exclusively for agencies.

You choose a monthly plan with a set number of hours, submit tasks through our portal, and our senior team handles the work across WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, SEO & GEO, and design.

You stay in front of your clients and keep the relationship. We do the work behind the scenes, under your agency’s name.

There are three plans, all month to month:

  • Starter: 30 hours per month, $1,299
  • Grow: 80 hours per month, $2,799
  • Scale Premium: 160 hours per month, $4,499

Every plan includes 5 different services. (WordPress, Shopify, Figma Design, GHL and SEO/GEO)

You can also add White Label Project Management (from $699 to $1,499 per month) and Proactive Maintenance ($39 per site per month).

As a reference, here’s what common requests usually take:

  • Quick updates (blog post, copy or image changes, team member edits, product updates on Shopify): 1 to 2 hours
  • New landing page in WordPress or a GoHighLevel funnel: 5 to 10 hours
  • Figma design for a landing page: 6 to 12 hours
  • SEO monthly work per site (technical fixes, on-page optimization, schema): 5 to 10 hours
  • Standard 5 to 7 page WordPress site: 20 to 30 hours
  • New Shopify store with theme customization and product setup: 25 to 40 hours

So a 30-hour plan covers one complete site build or around 15 to 20 support tasks a month. An 80-hour plan handles two to three builds plus ongoing support, and 160 hours works like a full-time team across all five services. For larger projects, we share an hour estimate before starting, so you can plan your month and quote your client with confidence.

All services draw from the same monthly hours. In one month on the Grow plan, you could use 45 hours on a WordPress build, 15 on SEO for two clients, 12 on Shopify updates and 8 on a GoHighLevel funnel. If one service is quiet in a given month, you can put those hours toward another, so your plan keeps working even when your client mix changes.

All five, on every plan: WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, SEO & GEO, and design. You don’t need a higher tier to unlock a platform, and you don’t pay extra to switch between them. A 30-hour plan has access to the same services as a 160-hour plan. The difference is how many hours you have each month.

Every request gets a first response within 1 business day, with an estimate and a target date. From there:

Quick fixes and urgent issues (under 1 hour): same day. Broken forms, fatal errors, a price or phone number change, a blog post ready to publish.

Content and page updates (1 to 5 hours): 1 to 3 business days. Copy and image edits, team member changes, restyling a section, Shopify product updates, technical SEO fixes, GoHighLevel forms or calendars.

New pages and features (5 to 20 hours): Around a week or more, depending on the complexity. New landing pages, custom features, Shopify theme customizations, SEO audits, GoHighLevel funnels, Figma page designs.

Site builds and migrations (20+ hours): Around two weeks or more, depending on the complexity.  A standard 5- to 8-page site or a new Shopify store. Larger projects are scoped individually with a target date agreed before we start.

Timelines count from when we have access, assets and a clear brief. Waiting on feedback pauses the clock.

You can add a block of extra hours without changing your plan, or upgrade if the extra volume is ongoing. You’re never forced into a bigger plan because of one busy month.

Through our portal. Create a new request, choose the website, describe what you need, attach files, Figma links, Loom videos or screenshots, and set a target date.

The developer or specialist assigned to your request replies inside it with questions, updates and the finished work, so the full history stays in one place. You’ll get email notifications on every update, and you can add team members from your agency so they can submit and follow requests too.

If your team already works in Asana, ClickUp, Zendesk or Zoho Projects, we can connect it to our portal so tasks sync both ways and nobody has to copy tickets by hand. Agencies on higher plans also get a shared Slack channel for faster back-and-forth.

Yes. Most agencies we work with have their own processes, and we follow them rather than asking you to adapt to ours.

  • Environments and deployment. We work in your hosting, staging sites and Git repos, and follow your deployment process before anything goes live.
  • SOPs and documentation. Share your guidelines for edits, builds, plugins or custom frameworks, and the team applies them on every request.
  • White-label setup. Theme authors, admin usernames, environment names and email accounts are configured the way you specify, so your clients only ever see your agency.
  • Access and security. Access and security. We follow your access requirements, from password managers and 2FA to VPN and restricted accounts, and credentials stay only in the tools you approve.

No. Every plan is month to month, with no contract, minimum term or cancellation fee. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time from your portal, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. When you change plans, your hours adjust to match the new plan.

Senior developers, designers and SEO specialists based in Latin America (mostly Argentina) and Asia (mostly the Philippines), working on US hours. Each request goes to someone with the right skills for it, and the same core team handles your sites over time, so they learn your clients and your standards. WordPress is our largest team, with dedicated Shopify, SEO/GEO, design and GoHighLevel specialists alongside it.

Yes, on every plan. There are two ways to set it up, depending on how much you want your clients involved.

Standard white label. Your team submits requests through our portal, and we do the work behind the scenes. To keep Work Hero’s name off your clients’ sites and hosting, you can provide an email account under your domain for our developers to use for site access, admin users and plugin licenses. If that’s not a concern for you, you can grant access to our team directly through your hosting and tools.

Full reseller setup. If you want your clients to submit requests directly, you can run your own client portal with your logo, colors and pricing, connected to ours through Wayfront. Your clients’ requests flow straight to our team, and the finished work goes back to your portal, so you resell our services as your own without handling tickets yourself.

No. Your hours reset at the start of each billing cycle, so they’re best used within the month.

You can spread them across any of the five services, and if you run out before the month ends, you can add a block of extra hours or upgrade your plan.

If you expect a slow month, pausing your plan is also an option.

The same day you sign up.

Complete the Start Here form with your preferences (white label, staging rules, SOPs), onboard your first website with its access details, and submit your first request.

Our team picks it up as soon as access is confirmed. You can keep adding websites and team members from your portal at any time.
