FAQ

Work Hero is a white-label team built exclusively for agencies.

You choose a monthly plan with a set number of hours, submit tasks through our portal, and our senior team handles the work across WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, SEO & GEO, and design.

You stay in front of your clients and keep the relationship. We do the work behind the scenes, under your agency’s name.

There are three plans, all month to month:

  • Starter: 30 hours per month, $1,299
  • Grow: 80 hours per month, $2,799
  • Scale Premium: 160 hours per month, $4,499

Every plan includes 5 different services. (WordPress, Shopify, Figma Design, GHL and SEO/GEO)

You can also add White Label Project Management (from $699 to $1,499 per month) and Proactive Maintenance ($39 per site per month).

As a reference, here’s what common requests usually take:

  • Quick updates (blog post, copy or image changes, team member edits, product updates on Shopify): 1 to 2 hours
  • New landing page in WordPress or a GoHighLevel funnel: 5 to 10 hours
  • Figma design for a landing page: 6 to 12 hours
  • SEO monthly work per site (technical fixes, on-page optimization, schema): 5 to 10 hours
  • Standard 5 to 7 page WordPress site: 20 to 30 hours
  • New Shopify store with theme customization and product setup: 25 to 40 hours

So a 30-hour plan covers one complete site build or around 15 to 20 support tasks a month. An 80-hour plan handles two to three builds plus ongoing support, and 160 hours works like a full-time team across all five services. For larger projects, we share an hour estimate before starting, so you can plan your month and quote your client with confidence.

All services draw from the same monthly hours. In one month on the Grow plan, you could use 45 hours on a WordPress build, 15 on SEO for two clients, 12 on Shopify updates and 8 on a GoHighLevel funnel. If one service is quiet in a given month, you can put those hours toward another, so your plan keeps working even when your client mix changes.

All five, on every plan: WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, SEO & GEO, and design. You don’t need a higher tier to unlock a platform, and you don’t pay extra to switch between them. A 30-hour plan has access to the same services as a 160-hour plan. The difference is how many hours you have each month.

Every request gets a first response within 1 business day, with an estimate and a target date. From there:

Quick fixes and urgent issues (under 1 hour): same day. Broken forms, fatal errors, a price or phone number change, a blog post ready to publish.

Content and page updates (1 to 5 hours): 1 to 3 business days. Copy and image edits, team member changes, restyling a section, Shopify product updates, technical SEO fixes, GoHighLevel forms or calendars.

New pages and features (5 to 20 hours): Around a week or more, depending on the complexity. New landing pages, custom features, Shopify theme customizations, SEO audits, GoHighLevel funnels, Figma page designs.

Site builds and migrations (20+ hours): Around two weeks or more, depending on the complexity.  A standard 5- to 8-page site or a new Shopify store. Larger projects are scoped individually with a target date agreed before we start.

Timelines count from when we have access, assets and a clear brief. Waiting on feedback pauses the clock.

You can add a block of extra hours without changing your plan, or upgrade if the extra volume is ongoing. You’re never forced into a bigger plan because of one busy month.

Through our portal. Create a new request, choose the website, describe what you need, attach files, Figma links, Loom videos or screenshots, and set a target date.

The developer or specialist assigned to your request replies inside it with questions, updates and the finished work, so the full history stays in one place. You’ll get email notifications on every update, and you can add team members from your agency so they can submit and follow requests too.

If your team already works in Asana, ClickUp, Zendesk or Zoho Projects, we can connect it to our portal so tasks sync both ways and nobody has to copy tickets by hand. Agencies on higher plans also get a shared Slack channel for faster back-and-forth.

Yes. Most agencies we work with have their own processes, and we follow them rather than asking you to adapt to ours.

  • Environments and deployment. We work in your hosting, staging sites and Git repos, and follow your deployment process before anything goes live.
  • SOPs and documentation. Share your guidelines for edits, builds, plugins or custom frameworks, and the team applies them on every request.
  • White-label setup. Theme authors, admin usernames, environment names and email accounts are configured the way you specify, so your clients only ever see your agency.
  • Access and security. Access and security. We follow your access requirements, from password managers and 2FA to VPN and restricted accounts, and credentials stay only in the tools you approve.

No. Every plan is month to month, with no contract, minimum term or cancellation fee. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time from your portal, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. When you change plans, your hours adjust to match the new plan.

Senior developers, designers and SEO specialists based in Latin America (mostly Argentina) and Asia (mostly the Philippines), working on US hours. Each request goes to someone with the right skills for it, and the same core team handles your sites over time, so they learn your clients and your standards. WordPress is our largest team, with dedicated Shopify, SEO/GEO, design and GoHighLevel specialists alongside it.

Yes, on every plan. There are two ways to set it up, depending on how much you want your clients involved.

Standard white label. Your team submits requests through our portal, and we do the work behind the scenes. To keep Work Hero’s name off your clients’ sites and hosting, you can provide an email account under your domain for our developers to use for site access, admin users and plugin licenses. If that’s not a concern for you, you can grant access to our team directly through your hosting and tools.

Full reseller setup. If you want your clients to submit requests directly, you can run your own client portal with your logo, colors and pricing, connected to ours through Wayfront. Your clients’ requests flow straight to our team, and the finished work goes back to your portal, so you resell our services as your own without handling tickets yourself.

No. Your hours reset at the start of each billing cycle, so they’re best used within the month.

You can spread them across any of the five services, and if you run out before the month ends, you can add a block of extra hours or upgrade your plan.

If you expect a slow month, pausing your plan is also an option.

The same day you sign up.

Complete the Start Here form with your preferences (white label, staging rules, SOPs), onboard your first website with its access details, and submit your first request.

Our team picks it up as soon as access is confirmed. You can keep adding websites and team members from your portal at any time.
